In the early stages of our partnership with XIC, the school was at a crossroads. Despite its strengths as a small, family-oriented institution, XIC was contending with significant challenges. With approximately 270 students, it was often referred to as "Javea's best kept secret," a testament to its understated presence in the educational community. This label, while indicative of its warm and intimate environment, also highlighted its struggle with a lacklustre reputation and being overshadowed by its main competitor.
The arrival of a new headmaster marked a crucial phase of change, as XIC grappled with an outdated image and ageing facilities. A significant gap in their strategy was the lack of effective marketing to showcase their unique qualities and attract new students.
Our goals were to revitalise XIC's image, redefine its brand, boost student numbers, create new revenue streams, and establish a solid marketing strategy. These aims were not just about elevating XIC's standing in the educational sector but also ensuring its cherished attributes as a small, family-focused school were celebrated and recognised.
